In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "neo4d" refers to the online gambling platform accessible at https://neo4d.cam, including all associated services, tools, features, and content made available through the website.
• "Platform" means the neo4d website, mobile-optimized interface, any application, API, or digital service operated by or on behalf of neo4d.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by a User upon completing the neo4d registration process.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, match bonus, cashback, free spin value, or loyalty reward credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required before a User may initiate a withdrawal from their neo4d Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date these Terms & Conditions entered into force.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on neo4d, you must at all times:

1. Be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register as Users.
2. Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or on behalf of a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of neo4d or any affiliated entity.
5. Not be listed on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, OFAC, or equivalent regulatory authority.
6. Not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by neo4d for violations of these Terms.
7. Be accessing the Platform entirely for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of a third party and not in connection with any commercial gambling operation.

neo4d reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts that cannot satisfy eligibility requirements.

To use the full functionality of the neo4d Platform, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID).
• A valid email address that you actively monitor.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement).
• A secure, unique password of your own choosing.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on neo4d at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any associated balances and the permanent closure of all related Accounts.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, neo4d will require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or equivalent). Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of your first withdrawal request may result in the suspension of your Account pending verification.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. neo4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity on your Account.

All transactions on neo4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). neo4d does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Supported payment methods currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. neo4d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmed receipt by neo4d's payment gateway, typically within seconds for bank transfers and instant for e-wallet methods.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• neo4d reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit that it suspects is linked to fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as part of neo4d's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available opportunity.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is released.
• neo4d may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a rolling 30-day period.

neo4d offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. neo4d reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• The Welcome Bonus (100% first-deposit match, up to Rp 20.000.000) is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. It cannot be combined with any other welcome offer.
• A wagering requirement of 5× the combined deposit and bonus amount applies to the Welcome Bonus before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus Funds may only be used for betting and gaming on neo4d. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any purpose outside the Platform.
• neo4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, neo4d will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to affected Users.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through collusion, the use of multiple Accounts, arbitrage strategies, or other forms of abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to Account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus activation, unless otherwise specified. Unmet requirements will result in automatic expiry of Bonus Funds.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on neo4d. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within each respective section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. neo4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted by sport-specific rules (e.g., event postponement protocols).
• neo4d reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event that was subject to a technical error in the odds, a manifest pricing mistake, or where the result of the event was already known at the time the Bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, league, game type, and account tier.
• For togel (lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from official international lottery pools. neo4d is not responsible for delays or discrepancies caused by the issuing lottery authority's operational procedures.
• For live in-play betting, neo4d reserves the right to suspend markets at any time at its discretion. Any Bet placed during a brief period where the live match score differs from the odds displayed due to a data delay may be voided.
• Winnings from Bets placed using Real Money (non-bonus) funds are withdrawable subject to completed KYC verification.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on neo4d. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account under the same identity, or using another person's identity to create an Account.
• Placing Bets on behalf of, or in collaboration with, a third party in a manner designed to circumvent account limits or promotional restrictions.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to access the Platform, place Bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known technical error must be returned; failure to report a known error may constitute fraud.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing Bets on events where the outcome is known or influenced by the bettor.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing neo4d staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are proprietary to neo4d or their respective third-party owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neo4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to service resulting from circumstances beyond neo4d's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, prices, or game results arising from third-party data feed failures or manifest errors subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses incurred as a result of decisions made based on information published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, neo4d's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. neo4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent neo4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
